Theo is great, he LISTENED to what it was I was wanting and needing to do. He recommended glass breaks over motion sensors since we have dogs. I put out request to the other Alarm companies and I was impressed with Theo's knowledge as well as how he explained the system to me. We had issued with the thermostat and video doorbell not shipping from the manufacturer on time. So we had to wait to have them installed at a later date. Which he did as well as explained that I could buy other Z-Wave devices and setup them up on the system myself! We had a system from Comcast at our other house but we did not like it since the door sensors were junk. They would go off due to the expanding and contracting of the door frames. From the Indiana heat and humidity! I highly recommend ProTECHt and Theo, I am giving out his cards to my friends and family!

I had a great experience. I was tired of dealing with the lack of customer service from Digital Life and found ProTECHt on Angie's List. I'm so glad I did. He was prompt in returning my call. Was upfront with all costs right over the phone. Accommodated my schedule for the install. His installer was great.

Theo responded to my request immediately with a phone call. We set an appointment for the next week. When Theo arrived, he assessed the wiring and sensors that were in the house. Then he explained how the system would work, that he could integrate the smoke alarms as well, and could install it two days later. He was far and above more comprehensive with his review and explanations than the other two security companies that I met with. He replaced the motion detector, one of the sensors, and even installed a NEST thermostat at no extra charge, allowing me to integrate the climate control into the Alarm app. He was AWESOME.

If I could give him 12 stars, I would. He was in Indianapolis. He was in Columbus two hours later and worked 6 hours to make sure we was safe. There is not enough good things to say about his company. He is passionate about his work. He doesn't do it because he has to, the passion just shows.
